Pricing and availability

Published prices and scopes are current at the time of posting and may change. A binding engagement exists only once both parties sign a written agreement. Availability is limited; we take a defined number of engagements at a time.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, wordmark, and design are the property of Bad Buddy Branding, LLC. Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by that engagement’s agreement.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Articles under Notes are general guidance, not consulting advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
