Strategy is easy to talk about.
THE WORK
Here’s what it looks like executed.
01
FINANCE / REAL ESTATE
KS JADE, Inc.
KS Jade, Inc., a real estate investment firm.
KS Jade was already buying property and actively investing, with no brand to show for it. No logo, no website, no business cards, no outreach materials. To sellers, partners, and prospects, a firm that was real and operating looked like it didn’t exist.
THE PROBLEM
A firm that had been operating invisibly now has a complete public identity, every touchpoint built as one connected system, so each one reinforces the others instead of competing.
THE RESULT
01
WHAT WE DID
Built brand identity from zero: logo, visual system, and business cards.
02
Wrote and built the full website, from copy through launch.
Developed positioning for a firm entering a trust-driven, relationship-driven market.
03
04
Created outreach materials to support direct business development.
02
HEALTHCARE • NATIONAL SURGICAL PRACTICE
A national specialty practice
A nationally recognized keloid and cosmetic surgery practice — seven locations, more than 10,000 patients treated, two decades of clinical results.
Exceptional clinical outcomes, inconsistent messaging. Website pages, patient emails, and conference materials each told a slightly different story, and none of them led with the proof. A practice with a genuinely differentiated track record was presenting like a generic one.
THE PROBLEM
One message system across every channel. Every page, email, and conference asset now makes the same case with the same evidence, so the brand compounds instead of fragmenting.
THE RESULT
Rewrote core website copy across condition, treatment, and practice pages, anchored to one consistent set of clinical proof points.
01
WHAT WE DID
Produced a conference poster, print collateral, and medical presentation targeting physician partnership recruitment at a national dermatology conference.
02
Built a multi-email campaign library — strategy, copy, and content ready — covering patient education, post-treatment follow-up, and referral nurture.
